Double hung window problem

A handy person from Seattle, WA says:
Pretty sure that I just need to replace my pivot bars, but I don't know which ones will work in my windows. The photo is of one still intact in another window in my house. The broken piece I have has two circles on it and in one of the circles is a 6 or a 9. The windows were made by Energy Exteriors out of Tacoma, WA. I think the business has folded or I'd just ask them.

It's hard to tell what you have from this picture. The part in question is known as a pivot bar, but the best match would depend on the style and dimensions. I'm not sure about your dimensions, and the style of the tip is obscured in the shoe, but start with our 26-030. This looks similar at first glance, but compare our pictures and information to your hardware to confirm.
