Double hung window replacement, spring balance

Question

I'm looking for replacement spring balances for double hung windows. I need enough for maybe 4 to 6 windows. I don't know the name brand they were installed in 1986 otherwise very good windows. The blue attachment you see in the photo runs inside the length of the metal tube and it's the blue plastic Attachment that has cracked off. Please help me with any replacement. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. This appears to be a tilt window spiral balance. Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? I believe it may be 9/16" but we consider that 5/8" in the trade.

As for the pivot shoe, the 15-015 comes to mind but you'll have to remove the old one and compare the specifications to confirm they match up.
