Double hung window weatherstrip replacement

This looks like bulb weather stripping. It has a 3/16 for the slot insert and 5/16 bulb. The stripping needs replacement. I do not know the window manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your weatherstripping but it looks like the 58-114 and 58-053 kerfed bubble seals may install in a similar way. Review the dimensions of both options below to see if one of them could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
