Double hung windows

Question

This is a Generation window product?company out of business and the company who installed windows is out of business. I need to replace the Constant Force Balance System, per phone help.

I was told you could get the part for me. I hope so, I have spent way too much time trying to get this window repair. There are no stickers in the frame to give me a part number.

Hello! No need for any sticker information, I know exactly what you have. It also looks like you may just need the pivot shoe. That looks like our 15-192 to me, but look it over and let me know what you think.
