Double hung windows

I have double hung windows that are inop. Octavio Landa from Landa and Sons in Yuba City CA said maybe you could help. I don't know the brand, or where to get parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Based on the severed spring shown in your photo, it seems like you need replacement balances. If so, we'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance, the stamp on the channel and the length to research your replacement options. We'll relate a few videos to assist you. Thank you!
