Double hung windows

Question

Hi,

The right side of my double hung window balancer is broken. I couldn't find the right part on your website.

One the plastic piece where the window connect to showed number 5 on the balancer.

Can you tell me what do I need to get this replace?

I also upload the left side where it is still good so you can check.

Hi, Peter.

The pivot shoe in your pictures looks like a good match for our 15-087 that's designed to use the Series 180 coil springs. Since yours is stamped with the number 5, see our S180-5 5 pound coil spring. Review our specifications for these parts and see what you think.
