Thanks for reaching out to us! Your shoe appears to be an older version of our 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot Shoe. You'll need to carefully look over all of the dimensions and compare them to determine if this is the right replacement for your repairs.

This shoe is compatible with the Series 170 Coil Balance. Since yours do not have any markings, you'll need to weigh your sash to confirm the correct springs for the replacements. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coils.
