Hello,

We can help but your balances will need to be custom-made using the S770-33 with the 15-044 attached to the cord. The stamped spring weight would be (33B) for a sash weighing between 14-20 lbs. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to get an order link and price quote ready for you. As for your pivot shoe, see the 15-216. Thank you.

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you've requested. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

Please keep in mind that the pivot shoes are not included in the order link and would need to be added to your cart directly from the website. Thank you!
