Double hung wooden window - thingy that keeps the window on its runner

A home owner from Brookline, MA says:

Hi - this from the bottom left side of the bottom window of a double hung window set. It's the kind you can open towards you in order to wash the windows. This part snapped and we need to replace it. Sorry that I don't know the name of it or the brand of windows. I will be so happy and impressed if you can identify it.

Hey, Joanne. Thanks for contacting us. I think the first part you should look at is our 26-310. In terms of design, I think you'll agree that this is a very close match. I would just look over our dimensions to be 100% sure.
