Double pain pivot window bar

Question

I need six of these I ordered some from you guys but I got the wrong thing they're way too big and then they got a little pieces of metal in between them like a I don't know so anyway they don't fit so I need these and I don't know if you can just go by with just a side mount and then yeah that's what they are side mounts
