Double pane window replacement parts

Good morning,
I'm looking for replacement parts for this window. Specifically what may look like spiral tilt balance. I've attached images of the window and some dimensions. Please let me know if you need any other info I can provide.

Your balance resembles the S900 or S600, depending on whether the housing tube measures 3/8" or 5/8" in diameter. See the videos related on this page to assist you. Thanks for posting!
