Double sided sliding glass door handles

Thanks for posting. This handle set is a bit unusual at first glance. The hole spacing (or distance between the center of each mounting hole) looks like it might be around 4-15/16", which would conform with a handle set like our 82-080. This handle set uses a base plate with screw holes on the side, however; it still might work with your door, but I need more information. Can you show me the mortise lock in the door that this handle set interfaces with? That would help narrow down your options. Many thanks.
