What parts do I need when I open the window the top sash falls down to the bottom and the window cannot open by itself which parts do I need

Thanks for reaching out. Based on the description of your parts, it sounds like you may be referring to a window balance of some sort. I'll need to see the existing hardware, removed from the window to determine if we can offer a replacement. If at all possible, it would be best to see undamaged parts.
