Double wheel track for Stanley mirror

I can't find where I can buy replacement parts for this Stanley mirror sliding door thing. Here's a front and back picture to help in identifying it. Thanks for the information.

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this guide. The closest part we carry is our 23-222C. Could you use this as a substitute? If you are handy then you may be able to adapt it to work on your door.
