I need the plastic piece at the end of the rail.

Looks like you need a new drawer bracket. This exact type isn't made anymore, but you may be able to get our 32-119 to work as a substitute. The only issue is that this has to screw to the cabinet, it won't be able to plug into that back metal piece.
