The part cracket causing the drawer to fall out. It looks to be one of 2 parts
32-094 or 32-025

Thanks for posting. In my experience either of our rail brackets tends to work, but I tend to go with the 32-025 since it's a bit deeper and therefore can handle more rail lengths. Let us know if you have further questions.
