Drawer Guide

This is a picture of an existing drawer guide. Do have a picture of one removed. Do not want to take one off and I might not be able to get it back on. I know you understand. Please note, one fell off in one of the many moves. Have had this piece of furniture for approx. 45 years. Hate to part with real wood furniture. It is only one drawer that is missing this. All of the other 8 drawers have held onto their guide.

If you have this in your inventory, it would be great that I could repair the one drawer as it falls out of the dresser every time I open it. Or perhaps you have another idea or part that would work.
