Drawer Guide

Looking to replace several broken rear drawer guides on an older chest of drawers we have. Cannot seem to find the right part. Do you have something that will work, or know where I can find what I am looking for? I have attached pictures and dimensions. Thank you in advance.

Many thanks for your correspondence. We have an adjustable drawer backplate, the 32-123. The opening for the drawer runner is 1/4" high and the width is adjustable from 1" to 1-1/2". You would mount the backplate with screws on the rear of the drawer. Let me know if you think this could work for your application.
