Drawer Guide

A home owner from Sacramento, CA says:

I bought plastic drawer guides, but they don't quite fit the shape of the rail. Do you have any with "Mickey Mouse ears"? LOL! If not, do you have flat rails approx 22" long and the attachment to secure in the back. Darn! I thought I had this.
