This is a rear dresser drawer guide, about 20 years old. I couldn't get all measurements as the tips were broken off. Thanks for your help in identifying the part number, so I can order a few.

Your photo resembles the 32-118 back bearing. I would recommend comparing the specifications below to an undamaged version of your part from another drawer. Take a look and thanks for posting!
