Drawer Guides for JC Penny dresser

Question

Hi. These are pictures of drawer guides for a JC Penny dresser purchased in 2014. The drawers have a center glide. I think these guides go on that glide somehow. They are plastic and they broke. There is also a stopper in the front of the glide, also brown plastic, which also broke.

I sure hope you can help me. Can't find them anywhere online or in stores. Thank you so much.

I'm sorry that I didn't take a picture of them installed.
