Drawer Part Ronthor Pat No 3185530

I have a an old dresser that has middle drawer slider made of plastic that are broken and need to be replaced. I have not been able to find it online. The wooden part of the slider that is attached to the bottom of the drawer cavity still in place and in good conditions, but the plastic slider that goes attach to the drawer is damaged and needs to be replaced. How can I resolve this problem if the part is no longer available?

I watched the video and think that this will work. I will be ordering one to see how it works and if it does, I will replace the others.
