I am in need of replacement drawer slides that will fit the above numbered Ronthor-Reiss part. The uninstalled slide is broken, the installed is a replacement I had saved from when the dresser was new.

The measurements are 2 7/16" wide at the top, 2 1/2" just before the taper, 1 3/16" opening where the wood inserts, and 3/4" at the bottom opening that falls below the wood.

Since none of the slide part numbers match mine, I need help figuring out which one will fit my dresser drawers so I can order the correct part.

Thanks for posting! Please take a look at SWISCO product code 32-118, Rear Drawer Guide. Compare the measurements to see if this can work as a replacement.

I have some broken glides in my desk. The part number is R 40-28. Do you have any of these or will another part number work just as well. Thank you. JIM

Hello! Assuming that your drawer guide has the same design as shown above, then the 32-118 that I recommended back in 2013 remains our best option. If you haven't already, your next step should be to compare our specs to your original part to confirm that they match.
