I have broken parts that you push onto holes at the back of the runner. There are no identifying numbers or anything else on these. Can you tell me what these are and where I can get the replacements?

I'm not totally sure which kind of part you might be referring to. Can you send us a photo of what you need so we can identify it?

I'm afraid I don't recognize this part. Could there be more to this part? It almost looks like you're showing us a bit that has broken off. If so, can you show me a whole and undamaged part? Thank you!
