Drawer glide

I need this part The markings say Ronthor Riess Corp. NYC. R-40-28 Pat no. 3,201,187

This is for a dresser drawer and the part is stapled to the drawer and glides over the track. I saw you have a couple of different parts that look close, but wasn't sure which one it was. The description says Plastic rear drawer guide with installation holes. Slot measures 1-3/16" x 5/16"
