Thanks for posting. While without photos I can't be certain, that code is often associated with side-mounted drawer sockets that mount to a bar in the back of the cabinet. If so, we don't carry this exact type, but our 32-119 could potentially work as a substitute, so long as the size of the gap that accepts the track matches your old socket. See the diagram below to confirm. Please note that the 32-119 mounts to the back of the cabinet with screws, so you'd need to find a way to adapt this set up to your cabinet.
