Plastic drawer guide, one on each front edge of the cabinet. Nailed in place, (not very well as you can see.)

We don't carry your exact drawer guide but many of our customers have had success with our 32-083 and 23-114 glides. Take a look at the dimensions to see if one of these will work for you. Thank you!
