Drawer guide?

A friend at work was looking for these. Apparently it's from their older house, and it's some kind of guide for the kitchen drawers. She hasn't been able to find anything compatible.

It's about 65mm long and 42mm wide.
The smaller square piece kind of ratchets into the groove on the more diamond-shaped piece, they sit at a 90° angle to each other.
