Hi, The original was made by Hardware Designers of NC. It was about 48 years ago. I took the picture of the best looking one of the 5 drawers.

Hello, Walter. The closest match I've been able to find is our 32-088, though it differs from yours in a few details. Carefully look it over and let me know if this would be a possible replacement option.
