Drawer guide for Thomasville armoire drawer

A bottom drawer glide plate made of metal is missing at the back of one large dresser drawer. The top and bottom "rails" of the slide itself are made of wood. Can you help me identify and locate this item? Thank you!

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't carry this exact Thomasville Hardware. You may be able to replace this entire setup with our 32-053 Track Kit. Watch the video below which shows how to install this device, and see if you think this could work for you.
