Drawer guide for center rail

These pieces are really old I'm finding out there is no identifying marks on the pieces and I'm having trouble finding a correct replacement

Hey there. I am afraid we do not carry this exact undermount drawer guide. See the 32-053 Track Kit. See if you could adapt this setup to your drawers. See the videos on this page that show how to install it.
