Drawer guides

My furniture is approximately 25 years old and the guides are worn out. They are dark brown, plastic, 2 inches wide, 1 1/2 inches deep, drawer middle bar 1 1/4 inches wide, three screw holes and the bar is metal. I would love to be able to replace them. If this information is not sufficient and I will attempt to take a photo. Thanks
