This attaches to the drawer and a wooden rail in the dresser slides into it

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we don't carry this exact track slide. Is this undermounted center and beneath the drawer? If so, you might be able to use our 32-053 Kit as a substitute. This is a very versatile track kit that we've used with loads of different drawer setups. See the videos below that explain how to install it, and see if you think it could work for you.
