I need to know the part number for these two parts and the cost for 6 sets.

Thanks for posting. For the drawer socket, see how the 32-081 matches up. For the case runner, see the 32-076. If you need the track also, I am afraid we do not provide this. However you likely can replace the entire setup with our 32-053 kit. The video below shows how.
