Looks like it's part "unigrass6600
That's the only markings on hardware.

I'm only looking for 1 set.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement drawer slides with the same "L" configuration but we do offer the self-closing track pair options related on this page, depending on the length of your originals, which could be used with the 32-089 socket pair. Keep in mind that you would need to make new installation holes to screw the plates to the back of the drawer. Review the specifications shown on our product pages and see what you think. Thank you!
