Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your cabinet bracket but our 32-089 Drawer Track Back Plate or our 32-139 Rear Mounting Bracket Pair should work well as a suitable replacement. 

These do not install the same way your brackets do, so keep in mind, you will need to drill new installation holes into the back of the cabinet to install either replacement.

There are several self-closing drawer slide pairs compatible with these brackets. They can be viewed in the Other Drawer & Cabinet Replacement Hardware section of our online catalog.
