Drawer slide brackets @ rear wall

Question

Hello!

One by one, the rear drawer slide brackets in my bathrooms and kitchen are cracking and breaking apart. I'd like to replace them all, once and for all. Any ideas of what product most closely matches the bracket in the attached photo?

Also, please let me know if the brackets are sold separately or in pairs and if each is right or left-sided.

Thanks for contacting us, Mark. We have a bunch of different kinds that may work for this. At first glance yours looks like our 32-012. Check it out and see what you think. I highly recommend comparing our measurements to yours to confirm whether or not they will work. The most important measurement to go over is the size of the opening that accepts the track.
