Unigrass 6600 drawer slide holders with the 2 rear dowels out the back to insert in the rear of the cabinet.

Thank you for the photos. I am afraid we do not carry these type of socket with the two mounting plugs. However, I would still like for you to take a look at our 32-119 grass adapter bracket pair as well as our 32-012 rear drawer socket pair. These will need to be mounted with screws to the back of the cabinet. Let us know if you believe you could make either of these parts work for you.
