Drawer slide inquiry

The longer slide in this photo is an undamaged one, and you'll see that the damaged one is missing the additional part containing the ball bearings. As a result, absent that, the drawer won't pull out fully.The interior depth of the cabinet is only 18" from the back wall to the front face.

Do you have any idea as to who might have comparable slides available, or who actually produced that type of slide originally?

I'm sorry to say that we do not have a record of the manufacturer of your drawer slides or where you might find them. I would recommend checking with local hardware stores that may recognize these particular drawer parts.
