it looks like the only numbers on this part is a patent number which is 2857233. I'm not sure if that is helpful or not! I would appreciate any help you can provide and locating a part that will fix this little gem!

Hey there. This exact track set is no longer made. Your best bet might be to see if you can replace it with a track kit like the 32-053. This is a versatile kit that works with loads of different drawers. See the videos on this page that show how to install it. See if you think it can work for you.
