Drawer slide rear bracket with round nipple

My kitchen cabinets have plastic parts that have begun to crack. The part I need is shown in the attached photo. What is the model number of this part and how may I obtain it?

We do not sell this socket, unfortunately. The closest match we have is our 32-119, though the only way this can install is by screwing to the back wall of the cabinet. It will not plug in like your original.
