Thanks for reaching out! I believe there is a chance that our 32-119 Grass Adapter Bracket Pair could work as a replacement for you. Although, that will be dependent on your drawer slide fitting the size of the opening on the bracket. The 32-119 will do mount to the cabinet like yours does as it does not have plugs. This means you would need to drill new installation holes to install this hardware.
