Drawer slide rear mounting socket

Both rear brackets have broken. House was built in 2006. I went to a cabinet shop in Phoenix, AZ. and they gave me 2, HANGING RAIL BRACKET, 1-7/16" DEEP, your Product Code: 32-025. It won't work. My brackets attach to a mounting panel on the rear cabinet wall as seen in the photos attached. Plus, the rear of the cabinet slide rail angles down where it fits into the bracket. Which product of yours do you recommend for a replacement? Thanks for your time and trouble.
