Drawer slide rear socket -kitchen

This is a broken kitchen drawer slide rear socket that snaps in to holes on the back of my cabinet, the pins are roughly 3/8" in diameter and spaced 1 1/4 " apart, there are no markings on them. Can you identify

I am afraid we don't have a replacement for this guide, and it is no longer available. You might be able to replace your entire track system with an under mount kit like our 32-053, but I cannot say for certain. I apologize we can't be of more help, and good luck with the repair.

I'm afraid the original poster never got back to us as to whether our suggestion worked, but it remains our only recommendation at this time. I don't believe the original part is still made, so converting the track kit may be your only option.
