Hi,
I have a Thomasville Manuscript dark dresser.My drawer slider broke and I am trying to get another one. I purchased the dresser seven years ago. Since they went out of business, I can't call anyone. It is about 23" with bracket. Do you know where I can buy a part.

Hello, Kathy. Thomasville has used many, many different kinds of tracks over the years. We may sell a compatible replacement option, even if it's not identical, but before I can make a recommendation I'll have to see a photo of the original. Would that be at all possible?
Once I see what you have, I'll do my best to find you something that will work in the same application.

Thank you Tom. I believe my husband already contacted someone at Swisco last week. Although helpful was not able to find the exact matching track. Subsequently he was able to repair the old track well enough to open/close the drawer.
