Drawer slides

Hey Guy, Was wondering if you have anything like this. It is a plastic drawer slide from a house built in the early seventies with the original kitchen cabinets. This part mounts to the face frame of the cabinet on both left and right sides. The drawer itself is plastic with a wooden face. Appreciate anything you could suggest to replace it if this is no longer available.

Thanks for your photo. The closest match we offer for your bracket is our 32-312. Take a look and see if you could adapt this to make it work for you.
