These are for drawers in a cabinet. Mounted through hole in side The extension pieces that hold rails are broken

Looks like the old Merillat socket, though yours is a specific variety that I've never seen before. Either way, these aren't made anymore. My recommendation to you is the 32-119. I've had a ton of customers tell me that this works perfectly for the Merillat part, but it is necessary to drill holes to install.
