These just plug into two holes in the back of the cabinet with out screws (although there is one screw slot) Thanks, Dan Testa

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact match for your drawer sockets but our 32-089 may be worth considering as a replacement. Our socket pair does not plug in like your existing sockets so you'll need to drill new holes to install them. This is the closest match we have to your existing hardware.
