Drawer stopper

Question

This part goes on the bottom middle on the back side of a dresser drawer. It has a patent number of 32.134 on the side that protrudes. There is also a small 21. The flat side has a circle with the numbers 1-12 that goes around it and a 14 in the middle but the 1 and 4 are separated by an arrow. Can you help me figure out a replacement part please?
