Drawer track back plate

Hello there. I can't be sure what you have without photos, but I believe these are drawer sockets that are glued into the back of the cabinet. To get them out, you'll need to pry off the old socket. Sometimes these remove simply with a tug--but sometimes the manufacturer glued them in. If that's the case with yours, you have a few options. First, you can try using a hair dryer to weaken the adhesive, then use a putty knife to pry it loose. Second, you could use a commercial glue remover, soak a cloth with it, and then it should loosen after a time. If you go with the hair dryer, be very careful using it--it will likely work, but too much heat could also damage the dresser. Let us know if you have further questions.
